Vreemdelingenhaat is de opium waarmee populisten ons injecteren. Ben je eenmaal verdoofd, dan kunnen zij voor anderhalve ton per jaar Kamerlid worden om je vervolgens te beroven van betaalbare zorg, een gezonde leefomgeving, goed onderwijs en een veilige rechtsstaat.

Uiterst zorgwekkend dat verkiezingsdebatten elke keer weer vrijwel uitsluitend over die eerste gehypete golven gaan, terwijl politici en media dondersgoed (kunnen) weten welke heel veel grotere golven er op ons afkomen.

New navy blue canvas shoulder bag with a dark yellow lining, zip close across top, two outer pockets, and a brown leather strap.
Well that almost broke me (stiff canvas, lining, zipper), but I now have a new bag ready for term to start. (Pattern and fabric from Merchant & Mills, Rye.)
