Three games a bit harsh on Jovic, but Sabalenka again so much better against an opponent she respects/has a bit of hype around them.
6-3, 6-0 and into the semis once again.

Not only 20 straight tiebreak wins at slams, but a lot of those have come, like today, after Sabalenka has messed up serving for the match/botched a lead. And been absolutely furious as a result.
Incredible ability to so quickly reset and rediscover her best level.
Sinner gets lucky again. Will his luck run out?

One last ride for Stan Wawrinka at the Australian Open. Part of his appeal has always been his relatability but this was superhuman stuff at 40 years old

Into a fifth set, Diesel getting going in the matchβs fourth hour.
This could be the 40-year-oldβs last set at the scene of his first slam title.

An extreme example in the West Ham game of being far better off not scoring than having a goal disallowed by VAR. Such a let-down for everyone in the stadium, especially that sort of goal where even fans with extreme VAR-induced paranoia would have felt free to celebrate

Jack Draper will miss the Australian Open with bone bruising that has sidelined him since late August.
His first big event back is likely to be Indian Wells. A test for his body and his mentality, as he will defend 1,000 points there.
