Mine are nearly 13. They love gaming and we've played Sharp Practice, test of Honor, Chain of Command, Silver bayonet etc. Kids learn rules very quickly and really get into it. Lots of fun ahead for you.

Fun game of Silver Bayonet with my kids, the choir h scenario from the rule book. The British won out after a very bloody battle.

Fun game of CoC 2 at the weekend with my son. Still getting a hang of the changes but the new rules seem to be simpler and more playable. Good game of a British Airborne assault on the village of Grandes Forages saw me losing my Sherman to a sneaky Panther...

I think it also has the potential to create a virtual opponent to play against you (I haven't tried this yet, but that would be very interesting and you could also prompt it to play in a certain style etc).

You can also use the output as a basic version that you then edit / improve on with a lot of basic work saved. I also think it's in its infancy and clearly is going to improve and get more powerful (e.g. TV programmes 50 years ago used to be pretty rubbish compared to ones now).

Currently as some commentators say it might seems a bit basic / generic, but you can feed some versions with your own databases (like Microsoft Copilot) to give it more specific material you want it to base writing on.

I have tried it a few times to make scenarios for Silver Bayonet and Chain of Command. I think it's super interesting.

Does it reactivate with varnish ? I have had that problem with other inks, but maybe mixing it with the GSW wash stops this ?
