A smart algorithm without the Gen AI component can accomplish this with the data I provided.
Photoshop 3D mode died for this.

Here's a hand made remaster of a skybox I've been working on,
I added the clouds and cleared up the sky a bit to make the lighting a bit more believable and because it looks pretty.
Its still WIP, but alot of work goes into these. I try to stay true to the original but had some fun with this one.
Better! I think I should have added some texture back to it though, the filter made it a bit cartoony
This is going straight into zandronum so I can't use filters, everything needs manual shading and I have to fake it.
I fixed the texture alignment but man it has a long way to go.
I don't paint traditionally, everything is done with image manipulation which I can't do here.
Theres a filter you can use for this but the software costs money lol.

Blender is about as smart as MS paint.
I need my smart filters, and lighting adjustment brushes. Theres no texture sampling or healing brush. This is ass

I mean to do more tutorials but the secret is I don't use substance.
I just use their asset library. Everything is hand edited and rendered in the material editor in the beta version of Photoshop.
I randomize the minor details but manually place others to balance the image.
Tbh I'm not very political and had to look that up. Virtually every brand I know is featured there.
If you can find a seltzer brand and syrup. Yes probably, any brand works.
