I reiterated the need for constructive engagement between central&local authorities and 🇪🇺's support for realizing non-majority community rights as per🇽🇰Constitution.
In a meeting with re-elected mayor of Ferizaj/Uroševac, Agim Aliu, today, we focused on the fact that 70% of 🇪🇺 EU integration reforms are implemented by municipalities & that local governments are key to the enlargement process.

3. 🇽🇰's political elite needs to come together, across political and ethnic differences & form a strong majority in the Assembly, to ensure ratification of the #GrowthPlan agreements and advance with the 🇪🇺-facilitated Dialogue.
Without this, more opportunities will be lost.
2. 🇽🇰's voluntary #alignment w/🇪🇺’s Common Foreign & Security Policy, incl. on support to 🇺🇦, is highly appreciated.
🇪🇺 #integration is Kosovo's strategic choice, but last year was lost to political stalemate.
