While Lucian has many forms and usually like to hide in Cipher's shadow or as a minion (think of Midgardsormr ) He mimicked Cipher's body type but mirrored the colors of the scales. He later learned about the Rean who's scales he mimmicked. Below is the form Lucian moves around as a minion.

Cipher was never caught as it was mostly kept under wraps what horrors he had done to the families of those Cipher judged and classified as unfixable. He became judge and exicutionar all in one with the help of his "voidsent" Lucian.
While Aymeric had a small idea he had no clue the depths of Cipher's anger after the passing of Haurche. Cipher became a known nightmare in Isghard to all well known families. If you angered the dragon's for the fall of the unicorn hell would come to you and your family's doorsteps.
Cipher never looked at Aymeric as anything other then a passing friend. Cipher admits Aymeric's leadership is second to none in his eyes. But to him he felt like the commander was trying to put him in a gilded cage that he wanted little to do with.
Aymeric and Cipher have an interesting history. The two slept together after the passing of Haurche. Aymeric thought if he could just keep Cipher by his side then he could fix all the depression and anger out of him. Make him fall in love with him all would be well. But it wasn't..
