I bring up my goat Taishin because she has a scripted event 2 turns before a big race that tanks her mood and gives her practice poor and my SSR Tazuna can just undo that so she's probably never leaving my deck for her

in some careers it can be absolutely irreplaceable (i.e. rice shower, narita taishin), and in general pal cards basically turn 5 rest/infirmary turns into something more productive
