I *think* the second shiny is a shuppet on route 121, but I'm slightly less sure about the zone pokemon. I *think* it may have been girafarig?

The only other relevant details I can remember are that the clip is very low res/bitrate, & that the person may have had a 1st language other than english?

A shiny hunter finds a full odds in the Hoenn safari zone in gen 3, & then leaves the zone & finds another full odds directly outside, thus getting back-to-back shinies.
