The question remains - do you care what genAI is doing to the art you make, the art you love, the whole creative community? Some decided they don't care. Some decided to sh*t on those who do care. Some decided to duck the question and not rock the boat. The question is coming for them regardless.

Currently the law, following the HC judgment says groups CAN exclude trans people but don’t HAVE to.

So any organisation excluding trans people is doing it BECAUSE THEY WANT TO.

The leaders of groups doing that (especially when they are harming children) should be held to account on that basis.
