I had an excellent appointmet with a new foot specialist. He explained some of my pain, did an ultrasound and is going to give me new insoles as I need more arch support on the right to alleviate the irritated tendon. Then after 6 week follow up start some exercises. I feel properly seen. Huzzah!

Just looked and inside my fuel cap it's says 95 & 98! Not very helpful. I'm just thinking with all the driving I'm doing if I can get more to the litre maybe I should give it a shot. But it might be much of a muchness. My car never has trouble starting though.

I only read biographies of those I am interested in. I haven't ever tried fiction novels by any of them, as mostly they don't write books that interest me. I did read Walliams children books to youngest, but most of them were awful.

One was in the Merchant Navy and the other had an import/export business.

And it seems endless at the moment - everyone is doing it. We just watched Joanna Lumley doing a series along the Danube river, I like her though. Incredible for 79. But also watched Monty Don do the Rhine. All good, but as you say, sometimes it feels like bragging.

Plus it seems that a bad night's sleep affects my stomach as I had this last time. Oh the joys of operations.

A bad night's sleep for no apparent reason, and now my tummy hurts. I might have done too much yesterday, between my full length walk and ironing for an hour and a half. I may have pushed it. So a bed day, well this morning, until I have to go to a foot specialist appointment this afternoon.

It's totally bizarre. But you know it's not real cuz Trump doesn't look a sickly orange. And about 60 in that pic.

I think he would have thought this was when humanity had lost its collective mind. And he be right.

Aww bless him. I had the good news today that kitty Suzy's lump is not cancerous. Just a growth. Just going to keep an eye on it and hope it doesn't grow.
