I find riding an e-bike, because it's so much simpler to speed back up again, actually makes it _easier_ to slow down and patiently pass people on the ptrail…

...but that doesn't seem to be a particularly widespread sentiment...

I am repeatedly shocked (not that shocked /Fry) that people who rightly expect drivers to slow down and give them a wide berth on the road can't bring themselves to slow down or give any space at all to other trail users.

I know it can be simpler said than done, but if possible in future I'd suggest converting basic, visual-only videos like this to GIFs, which (at least here on Bluesky) will allow you to also provide ALT text describing what's happening to folks who aren't able to load or see the visual.
