Sufficient Bread Jesus then took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted.

Five loaves. Two fish. 5,000 people.

The disciples saw not enough.
Jesus gave thanks — and multiplied it.

God doesn’t wait for perfect conditions.
He works with what we place in His hands.

Offer what you have.

Get Well When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”

Thirty-eight years

That’s how long the man in John 5 waited to be healed

Jesus didn’t help him into the pool.
He simply said:

“Get up. Pick up your mat and walk.”

Sometimes God’s answer isn’t what we expected — it’s better.

Righteous Branch In those days and at that time I will make a righteous Branch sprout from David’s line; he will do what is just and right in the land.

“The days are coming,” declares the Lord. — Jeremiah 33:14

Even in Israel’s darkest moment, God promised a righteous Branch — Jesus.

The Lord Our Righteousness.

God keeps His promises.

God told the Israelites to wait 70 years.
70 years.
And He still delivered on every promise.

Whatever season you're in right now — the waiting is not abandonment.

His plans for you are still good. 🤍

Living Water If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water.

We chase many things in life hoping they will satisfy us.

But Jesus says:

“Whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst.” — John 4:14

Real fulfillment isn’t found in the world.
It’s found in Christ.

Our Wickedness We acknowledge our wickedness, Lord, and the guilt of our ancestors; we have indeed sinned against you.

Restoration begins with confession.

Jeremiah 14:

It’s in His character.

Nation Ways Do not learn the ways of the nations or be terrified by signs in the heavens, though the nations are terrified by them.

We often fear what the world fears.

Jeremiah 10 reminds us:
Idols may look strong — but they hold no power.

Money, status, success… none compare to God.

Conflict Within Now the men and their wives raised a great outcry against their fellow Jews.

Not all conflict comes from outside.
Sometimes the greatest threat isn’t outside — it’s within.

Nehemiah 5 shows:
Broken relationships can destroy what we’re trying to build.

Godly leadership = prayer first, courage next, integrity always.

He Knows Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

Before Jeremiah was born, God already knew his purpose

Yet his first response was fear and inadequacy
God knew your purpose before you were born.

Jeremiah felt unqualified.
God still sent him.

Calling isn’t about confidence.
It’s about obedience.

Anointed The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.

God doesn’t anoint us for status.
He anoints us for mission.

Isaiah 61 reminds us:
✨ beauty instead of ashes
✨ joy instead of mourning
✨ praise instead of despair

Faith transforms us — so we can shine for others.

Acceptable Fast Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for people to humble themselves?

You can fast and still be far from God.

Isaiah 58 is a warning:
Outward devotion ≠ inward transformation.

Faith isn’t performance.
It’s alignment of heart and action.

Freely Pardon Let them turn to the Lord, and he will have mercy on them, and to our God, for he will freely pardon.

“Seek the Lord while He may be found.” — Isaiah 55:6

We always think we have more time.

But the invitation is now.

And when life doesn’t make sense? His ways are higher than ours.

Trust over understanding.

Showing Off The time will surely come when everything in your palace, and all that your predecessors have stored up until this day, will be carried off to Babylon.

Success can be more dangerous than struggle.

Hezekiah was healed by God… then showed off his wealth instead of God’s glory.

When we’re blessed, do we highlight the gift or the Giver?

Steady Knees Be strong, do not fear; your God will come,

When fear hits and strength fades, Isaiah 35 reminds us:

God still works miracles.
Dry places can flow again.
Weak knees can stand.

Hands On The king had granted him everything he asked, for the hand of the Lord his God was on him.

What if the key to God’s favor isn’t luck… but faithfulness?

Ezra devoted himself to learning God’s Word, living it, and teaching it—and “the gracious hand of his God was on him.” (Ezra 7)

Learn it.
Live it.
Teach it.

Blessed Sign Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

700 years before Jesus was born, God made a promise—and kept it.

Isaiah 7 reminded me: faith isn’t about rushing God’s timeline… it’s about trusting His.

Isaiah 1:18–20 is a powerful reminder: no sin is too great for God to forgive, and obedience is a daily choice.

Even helped someone pray the sinner’s prayer yesterday.

God is moving.

Oppressed I saw the tears of the oppressed and they have no comforter; power was on the side of their oppressors and they have no comforter.

Ecclesiastes 4:1–3 hit hard today.

The world feels darker in many places, but Scripture calls us to respond with prayer, gratitude, and being a light — not fear.

Unfinished Walls When the enemies of Judah and Benjamin heard that the exiles were building a temple for the Lord, the God of Israel, they came to Zerubbabel and to the heads of the famil

Unfinished walls don’t mean God has left you.

Ezra 4 shows how God’s people wanted to rebuild… but opposition slowed them down.
