I consider Togekiss to be a bird, and that its feathers are structured in a way that obscures its actual body shape, including its long neck, which can extend/straighten!

Since I headcanon the Latis having some relation to the Togekiss line (common ancestry, or convergent evolution?) and since I draw those with cockatiel-like beaks, I wanted to see if it would work on the Latis. I like the results :3
