Crashing Senseless Noise. All around me, I can feel it reverberating through my bones, echoing in dull thumps from teeth to toes, throughout every nerve in my body. I cover my ears. That noise, that ring, familiar voices surrounding me in an unbearable cacophony, memories undone. Hand brushes against my own, sinking into my skin until I can't tell the difference. My soul embraced, the noise finally ceases but the silence it leaves behind is just as deafening.
