These betting markets are pretty much the worst idea ever in an age of truly terrible ideas, and anyone betting without inside information is an idiot and a mark.

Once I stopped laughing that Trump replaced Noem with one of the three dumbest senators, I started thinking about FEMA. Will he continue its destruction? Last year we got really lucky on the natural disaster front. I doubt this year will be the same. Will Mullin focus on ICE alone or save FEMA?
