Fantasitc and beautiful game I initially recommended, before reconsidering, as its narrative themes may not be a good recommendation for someone newly disabled.

Additionally, any advice on good eye tracking software, voice control software for emulating controller inputs, and games with easy to install and well made voice control mods also useful.

Looking for recommendations of games for a disabled gamer.

Top ask - Games entierly playable with voice or webcam eye tracking, no mods or other software required.

Next - Games playable with one button in the mix.

At most - Games with non time sensitive analogue single stick, and one button...

The other possible input type to look into is sip and puff, where breathing in through a tube is A, and out through it is B, to get two inputs through breathing inputs.

But yeah, I know you initially said no mods or anything, but there are a lot of genres I think may open up if you look into gaze tracking and voice to button programs.

I have asked a couple of voice only gamers I know for their advice on voice only by default games too. Will get back soon.

Things like chin joysticks are also available for these accessibility controllers, so options like top down turn based RPGs using chin to move directions and a forehead button to click A etc.

PS Access Controller is similar, has 4 ports for 3.5mm switches, so might open up one button games on PS with a chin button for example. Milage will vary, but thinking about non standard ways to get one physical input added may help increase the options available.

Okay, so things that may be worth trying - Xbox Adaptive Controller for Xbox and PC had two big buttons, so easy to hit with limited hand movement, but also has 20+ ports for 3.5mm switches, so things like chin buttons can be plugged in, may open them up to one button games for an affordable price.

Outside of specific game recommendations, gaze tracking programs and voice commands mapped to controller inputs may be worth looking into as ways to make games accessible that would otherwise not be.

To zero in a little more, is this a situation where hands for controls are off the table but a chin button or foot buttons might be accessible for things that require limited input for things like menu confirmations?

PSVR2 has some options that use eye tracking as their primary control, such as the Rex Infinite port which may require use of a single button input, that there might be ways to make work for their setup with some tweaking.
