At the end of last year I switched from Adobe software to using Affinity, which included Designer and Publisher in the bundle that I purchased.  Now, I've used the Designer software multiple times and while it does not have all of the features that Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator had, it also doesn't charge me $60 a month.  Publisher, however was a whole new experience for me.
