2/2 what the different variables actually do to an object when manipulated. Something along the lines of "This changes the size of the object along the Y axis" or something to that extent. I think maybe some sort of official basic tutorial on how to navigate and use flux and the inspector is better.

Those are details I unfortunatly don't have. But I do know most of these folks are not familiar with the unity editor. I think people see the stuff you can do with the inspector and /want/ to do that but have no idea where to start. I suppose tooltips would just include basic descriptiosn of 1/2

2/2 I think if thats the case its a hell of a tall order to ask for tooltips on all of those, but maybe starting with a good few of the most commonly used things and just adding TT's for those, like stuff for general avatar setup and dynamic bones perhaps?

@frooxius.bsky.social seems to be confusion on a lot of the variables and settings within the inspector when editing stuff. Seems like the issue is several people just dont understand what a lot of this means and thats where the suggestion for tooltips is coming from. 1/2

fucking insane that it can take years to make a tiny amount of progress, but some disgusting evil bullshit like this, that can do generations of damage to trans people, can just be changed on a bill in the last minute. Their cruelty knows no limits.

After asking several individuals and questioning things, We have it down to "I don't know what a lot of this means". I wonder if adding tooltips would be helpful for them? I've personally played a little #resonite at this point and enjoy it myself, but agree at times ive found it confusing.

So when are we all leaving discord over this since this kind of stuff never seems to work against corpos?
