Unfortunately the only big wall I've hit has been VR. SteamVR just straight up *does not work*, full freezing the system. I've heard a hundred times that SteamVR in Linux is not worth the hassle, and we likely won't see full support til Deckard, if then.

I've been preaching this since I deleted my account. I wasn't worried about losing my "thousands of followers", because well over 3/4ths of them were bots.

Also, in terms of "finding jank somewhere", not gonna lie I deal with that on Win11 too, so to me there's always something, somewhere. Its just part of being a power user.

I streamed a couple times and never had any audio issues. Also, I hopped on both Squad and VRC (in desktop mode), both of which use EAC, and had 0 issue. Dunno about Vanguard tho.

As the Steam Deck becomes more and more popular, *most* games and their stuff work on Linux via Proton now.

Nah, just on a different drive. I have 2 NVMes, one for Win11 and one for Manjaro.

In fact, why not, here's my full desktop screenshot. This isn't anything special with any deep detailed rice, this is just shit that comes WITH IT. I love how I gave my ultrawide a full purpose with all my machines stats.

You don't need to wait for SteamOS. Its just...Linux.

I've gotten to the point right now where I only use Windows 11 when I *have* too, namely for VR. 90% of my time I find myself on my Manjaro Linux NVMe. Its just...faster, prettier, less worries, games work, everything works...except VR. This is kinda peak ngl.

May not be on VR this weekend, woke up tremendously sick. There's no KuncavE this Friday, so at least I won't miss that, but lord do I not feel well.

As tremendously massive as Steam is, they're not even pennies vs the size of MC and Visa. Sad but true. Would be kind of dope if Valve took this as a reason to work on their own payment processor though, would be interesting.
