I have similar feelings towards the cover designs of a certain furry porn zine though not nearly as intense

Like immediately I'm getting analytical about it and looking at all these little details of what is literally just some gear fetish photography but bro it's absolutely beautiful. Just gorgeous. Museum level shit. It makes me genuinely emotional.

Earlier today my friend sent me some very lovely mx + bondage photography. And it was Gorgeous. Like. Very competently shot and composed, the colors were very cohesive. Rule of 3rds and leading lines and everything. It's genuinely beautiful. And it kind of made me mad bc of that

to me, “you should create for yourself” and “you deserve to be acknowledged for what you make” are two statements that should coexist. chasing engagement will rot your soul, while being neglected will see your passion wither. loving what you make is a failsafe for when the engagement never comes.
