The immense power of a "draw what you want" commissioner cannot be overstated enough. Also that when we see those dealer's choice commissions shared online it can be a realization to others that they can let the artist decide what to make. More art of their characters or niche interests, too.

Think of all the artists who just post commissions. That's all they ever have time for. You don't know what they like or who their OCs are because they're always working.
