If Trump's DOJ takes it easy on Ticketmaster, it'll be a slap in the face to every American.

Rural hospitals do not have enough staff to cover the regulatory and QI requirements. Many of the experienced people in the field left during COVID. Trump just signed an EO that removes the public comment period for changes to the federal register, which is where rules and requirements are located./
Mark, my company contracts with CMS to work with hospitals around the US to improve outcomes for patients. We have saved Medicare several hundred million $s, and more important - saved 100s of 1000s of lives. Now our company is in limbo AND 1000s of rural hospitals won't have the support they need./

Nurse here - depending on the amount, might mean a cardiac catheterization which truly isn’t as scary as it sounds. Would mean twilight anesthesia, a tiny balloon to open the vessel, and maybe a stent to keep the vessel open and take care of your symptoms. Sending good healthy vibes your way.
