Personally, I like Pizza toppings as a demonstration because people seems to be more invested in what they like and do not like. You can have people that vote for the Meat Coalition or the Veggie Coalition. What about Anchovies or Gluten Free?

At the end of tabulation, they show the winner (based upon all submissions so far) and then explain if your ballot stayed on the winner the entire time or how many times it was reallocated to different candidates as they were eliminated.
