A sketch of two anthropomorphic animals, one coyote-man "Cassidy" and one weasel-girl "Haze", who are each extremely fat. The coyote holds the handle to a pallet which he is using to drag the weasel around as best as he can, as he is the only one of the two still able to walk. The weasel sits helplessly on the pallet, her thighs and belly sagging over the edges. Both have bellies that spread on the floor, wide thighs, arms that sink into themselves nearly covering their hands. The coyote maintains his mobility by virtue of simply being taller than the weasel, even though he put on more weight than her. Dialog between the two implies the extreme amount of fat on both of their bodies is the result of an ill-conceived plan concocted by the weasel girl. In a bid to make them both stronger, she schemed to make them so fat that they would always be training, with every action they take. Unfortunately she failed to account that their now extremely diminished stamina would hinder their ability to be willing to do anything, and the weight has been stuck on them for months longer than planned by this point, with no sign of significant progress towards losing the weight whatsoever. Cassidy, miffed at his circumstances and putting it into the tone of his sentence: "You really couldn't think of a better way to train me?" Haze replies stammering, sweaty, nervous at her prolonged fat status, and very out of breath from doing nothing: "It.. huff.. seemed like.. a.. b-better.. huff.. idea.. in my.. h, head, ph, phew."

Partially re-created the Cast modifier (turns things into spheres) with geonodes but this time I decided to capture the affected and unaffected points as vertex groups. Then I fed that info into a Mesh Deform and Hook modifiers respectively.
