Today's mental health is low. Playing the Sims doing a legacy challenge and I'm extremely triggered by the Patriarch of the family almost dying - lots of grief still around my dad's passing four years ago.

Also I think I lost a friend, who needs space. Respectfully giving the space, but it hurts.
