Trip to Blackpool yesterday with my little pensioner Denny. She's now deaf, full of arthritis and has started to get doggy dementia but she's still loving life & had the best time running (slowly) on the beach & riding about on the trams 🖤 #AdoptDontShop #RescueDog #SeniorStaffy

Denny, on the left, is 15, mostly deaf now & suffering with arthritis but she's on monthly pain injections & is happy & still loves going out for walks. Lola is 14 & doesn't seem to have any age related ailments yet.

A busy day with the final bit of DMU maintenance for this year. Bubble & Power Squeak (50455) have been de-tinseled & service checked as backup for the last few running days, while the Cravens has had a fandrive belt replaced ready for its 3 running days ♥️ #eastlancsrly #BuryUnitTeam

A pretty decent weekend, with yesterday spent watching Bury FC win 8-0 at home, followed by a hilarious night out with the diesel shenanigans group, while today was spent service checking the 09 & adding the emergency coupler ready for Santas & a diner shunt with Pru 🤍💙😃 #EastLancsRailway

1st post on here is today's turn on the 104. A rancid start to the morning with it being right down the bottom of the yard, needing coolant & oil & then 1 car being completely flat but managed to get it charged & the sun came out eventually so it's been a fairly decent day 😅🤯 #eastlancsrailway
