(3/2) the last time this happened, an anti-modding group calling themselves the garlean empire went around looking for people freaking out like we're doing now, and started mass reporting them, resulting in bans on Twitter, bluesky, and discord. Do not let this happen to you.

(2/2) A lot of people used this as a platform for self expression and creativity, and I'm all for that. But you need to be smart about it. Insulting the devs, making videos about the shutdown, and review bombing the game/forums will only make things worse and can get you banned.

I only have one thing to say about the mod drama:

SHUT UP.

The whole thing was very fight-club with the "don't talk about it" arrangement we had with SE. The second people got lazy and started mentioning mods in-game and all over social media, things started falling apart(1/2)
