What?" Jayce asked, wheeling his carry-on suitcase in and coming up behind Viktor. "Oh… that… that's not what I booked," Jayce abandoned his bag and turned right back around to go back down to the hotel's front desk. Viktor was too tired to argue, with Jayce or some poor concierge, so he hobbled over to the bed and flopped down as he waited for Jayce to return. He didn't have a lot of hope to get moved; this competition was huge, and this hotel was only a block away from the convention center it was being held in. Viktor closed his eyes, and had nearly dozed off when the door opened again. "They said there aren't any other open rooms." Jayce exclaimed, a slight panic to his voice. Viktor pushed himself up on his arms to watch his research partner pace back and forth.
