I.e. enabling human engineers, not replacing them.
It becomes even better if you listen to her announcement in the cabinet meeting- 258 million lives saved (ie 75% of the US population!)

Open-ended carsharing, i.e. deciding when to return while you drive (as pioneered by ZebraMobil and copied by car2go, DriveNow, and others) has yet to be profitable.

Now that I know that that claim was made after excluding 30m-50m of cost, it makes lot more sense to me.
