good think about running: burns lots of calories and is fun
bad thing: the sort of ravenous hunger from running combined with pms is actually on another level i have never felt before
i bought a pwo and protein powder and i honestly think it's going to change the game for me. i've noticed i usually don't perform well running when in a calorie deficit so the pwo will hopefully help with that, and the protein powder can be a lower calorie meal replacement for breakfast and lunch
ugh i'm back again. i had a terrible holiday season but i got into running again so there's something. i haven't stepped on the scale yet, i think i'm gonna not do it until february and just try to be good until then
i had a 24 hour fast from monday evening to tuesday evening, but when the fast ended i didn't track what i ate. then on wednesday i ate a lot, and if it weren't for the fact that i have an exam i need to focus on, i'd probably try to fast for 48 hours to make up for those two days🙃

my rules for december are pretty simple: less than 1200cals a day (the lower the better), run every day, plan out my meals the day before. So far off to a great start!
i made some really ugly calorie trackers and rules list for december but they're kinda charming ugly like xmas sweaters? (i'm so bad at graphic design but i still think it's very fun)
