doesn't help that i don't have any food available rn, i'm running on one slice of bread and one instant coffee i had 3 hours ago

i'm so anxious today, it's horrible. i need/want to work on my paper so that i don't have to go through two days of hell on the weekend, but my body is shaking and my thoughts are flying through my brain way too fast

need some coffee, but it is technically not agreeable with stomach cramps. might make some if the painkillers are holding up in a few hours. but i will make lunch now and hopefully that will give me some energy, so i don't fall asleep while looking at my word document
