If Pomona had any spine they would wait for a subpoena, fight the subpoena in court, & only if they lose turn over the court documents.

Now, ICE agents can track down students on the list who are on student visas/green cards & detain them. As they did to Tufts grad student Rumeysa Ozturk.

Pomona College will give protest disciplinary records to Congress Rep. Tim Walberg sent a letter asking for records related to two divestment protests and other incidents. Pomona said they will "fully cooperate."
