I was to afraid of my phone and the outpouring of well wishes.

Folks are so lovely. I lost smoking tile trying to get into the gym that I spent all day catching up with work but I did it.

I can dance in the mundane pretty great. It’s the grinning in a maelstrom.

My maelstrom is so strong I kinda become it. But it’s getting easier to distance myself from it over time. If that makes sense. Prob not.

It was so hard.
I really really wanted to go and just couldn’t.

I was in the park at least an hour before I was able to get closer. But I did it.

I tell myself I’ll just do something small but I don’t have to go inside. And slowly get myself closer.

It’s like short term goals or something. It worked.

That was a whirlwind of compliments. As soon as I dodged one I got hit in the face with another.

I don’t think I’ve been called fully realised before. I think that wouldn’t have applied to me a few months ago.
