See you in Canada
Hydroxychloroquine is another antieukaryotic that has the side effect of being a low grade anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant. They would get the same result with less toxicity from literally any over-the-counter NSAID - but you can't tell these people anything.
There's a reason ivermectin has a slight impact on a number of different diseases - it's a mild anti-inflammatory, about on the same level as aspirin.
You would be better off using literally any dedicated anti-inflammatory that doesn't make your brain rot. Tylenol through dexamethasone. Anything.
It's strawberry season. Wash them thoroughly with soap. The azoles antifungals we use to keep strawberries from rotting 20min after you buy them accumulate in fat, are toxic, carcinogenic, teratogenic, endocrine disruptors, and we used 4,000,000,000lbs last year

Insufficiently.
Mark, let's face reality. After being dropped by Blue Cross when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, the ACA saved my life twice. It may not be perfect, but I'm alive & grateful.
Oh good cuz I'm bad at that too
The annual flu vaccine is as anticipated "pretty shit," especially against influenza B with confirmed exposure: 79% ineffective, which is obviously terrible
Influenza B is typically less severe and infected vaccinated individuals may be nearly asymptomatic.

As a reminder, there is a very large spike in respiratory viruses going on right now, driven by an 18% in flu test positivity which is super-awful.
