I did some research, trimmed rotted roots, repotted it, gave it better light and...

My first #orchid re-bloom! The old leaves are in bad shape but the new ones and a new aerial root are looking great!

This does seem to be the recurring Biden problem - a lack of communication which lets other people own the narrative.
