Really liked this a lot! Very cute story and of course with lots of drama. Took a star away only because it could get a little repititive, but other than that it was a fun read.

Y’all. This book was just awful. I will never understand the hype around this! Violet is easily one of the worst characters I’ve ever read about. So unlikable and just plain dumb!!! Only gave two stars because the action parts were good, but the rest… 😵💫

Isaac’s Song by Daniel Black
This was a beautiful story. Really enjoyed reading it. Such a great look into the complexities of relationships and overcoming grief and regret. Wow! I wish, though, I had read his first book first as I heard this was a follow up after I finished it!

The Housemaid is Watching by Frida McFadden
Y’all. This was by far my least favorite in the series. So slow. The characters make idiotic decisions. The ending was lackluster. If you’re gonna go there, go there (IYKYK). Overall, this was a let down!

The Handmaid’s Secret by Freida McFadden
Another quick and easy read by Freida - and it didn’t disappoint! However, I am always left questioning Millie’s actions… like girl, what the hell? Overall, a fun easy read that is exciting and fast-paced!
