i tried to send an email to discord to offer feedback. instead, they redirected me to their feedback forum -- which requires posts to be approved.

it looks like there hasn't been a single post on the forum approved in at least 2-3 months. most threads are as old as 10+ months. awesome stuff.

Yeah that’s the point. Discord shut off their support email. They now only allow for general feedback/support submissions through a separate website with a SEPARATE ACCOUNT OUTSIDE YOUR DISCORD ONE.

Actually this is a problem that should be solved by holding parents accountable for giving their damn demon spawn unrestricted, unmonitored access to internet-connected devices.

Parental controls come standard on all devices. There's no excuse for parents to not set them up!

I respect that discord wants to protect minors but scanning IDs or facial scans with them having known breaches is a scary thought. I don't trust them saying that the data is only going to be on the device.
