What’s funny is when you make these at home they turn out delicious. Reminds you that well seasoned simple food with good ingredients can be delicious. Don’t always need sauces and complexity. Tortilla, eggs, cheese, bacon, salt pepper.

How to make breakfast wake up wraps Dunkin style. Flour tortilla, slap some scrambled eggs in there, half a piece of bacon and half a slice of cheese. Make it both not warm and too hot to eat. Don’t forget a side of I hate you. Charge $3.50. Et voila.

Even the ugly parts were part of me deserved accepting. Not granting a pardon, not approval but an acknowledgment that I don’t have to condemn parts of myself. That I can work on things with patience, kindness, and as the time and energy allows.

Love how you came to a healthy place and framed up your thinking that got you there. For me it was radical self acceptance. I am who I am and that is okay. There are things I would like to improve and things I do well to be happy about. But right now this is me, flaws, strengths, bumps, etc.
