Hello! Tales of Scale here! For the last few months, I have been navigating a severe financial hardship where, due to suddenly losing my primary income last August and the job market being unkind to folks like me, I have been at risk of losing my home to foreclosure. During this time, I have been buckling down and amassing projects, commissions and contract work wherever I can get it and that has been sustaining me for a couple months. I owe significant gratitude to everyone who has helped me now and in the past. I am working hard to get everything complete as soon as I can. Though I have been making headway, I have not been getting caught up as quickly as the banks have been charging fees and requiring larger payments to push the goalposts further outward toward default. Still, at the price of sleep and health, I am grinding on work all day-every day to get ahead. I know that if I do good work and keep at it, I will succeed. This message is meant to serve as an update for everyone to let you all know what’s going on, and I’m excited to get back to constant content creation. I would also like to mention that, if you want to help me speed up my recovery even by a bit, I have my Ko-Fi and Patreon links in my bio and this post. My checking account is constantly getting overdrawn by bills and support from the community can help me maintain a balance for things like dog, cat and human food. Moreover the sooner I get caught up, the less time I will spend operating at a speed and level that I can’t physically or mentally sustain. Thank you all so very much and I am optimistic about the future!

21. It helped me understand why I was so strange as a child. I was obsessed with size in many ways, I was also tiny, usually being about 1 foot shorter than the average kid my age.

That size interest made me create videos, images, then I went deeper down the rabbit hole and now I'm here ^^

20. I went to SizeCon in 2023 and it was surprisingly more fun than I anticipated. People there were friendly and chatty, it was interesting to learn about other peoples specific interests/kinks.

I also networked with some people there who I still work with.

13. Sexual content or over-sexualization.

As an Asexual I just dislike nudity and sex, my art is a reflection of me and as such I don't do it.

But I think that allows me to double-down and focus on the other aspects of the videos, to get those perfect.

12. I've never envisioned myself in my own content.

My whole life I've focused on being the guy behind the camera who coordinates.

I think I'm ok with people not knowing my name or that I was involved, as long as I can see that the thing I created brought joy to them- I'm happy.

11. The tiny perspective, I feel 3D has amazing power in this regard. Mimicking how massive things are from their perspective and swapping between them and the normal view.

I know exactly where this started, in the Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy when I was a kid- there's a scene where they turn Pinocchio into a chair and leave him the Witch's house, and she sits on him.

7. Always been a fan of contemporary settings with shrinking. In a store, in a house, on a busy street, bars.

5. Only recently as a couple of my videos have spun out into series'.

Currently my favourite is Maddy, she's a 19-year-old with an attention problem due to the neglect of her father who is an obsessive inventor. He just so happens to invent a shrinking device. I've done 2 videos with her so far ^^

4. Definitely horror/gore.

I liked seeing it in size media growing up but I think I always wanted content that doubled-down on it and used horror in more ways than violence. Music, visuals, sounds, story, ambience.

So I guess that's what I'm trying to achieve ^^
