We can’t keep punishing households, high streets and hospices whilst big banks and social media giants don't pay their fair share.

That means Elon Musk – no government contracts for you, no energy supply license for you.

I hope the rumour the UK government is considering cutting the Digital Services Tax for US corporations proves incorrect. 🙏

We should not reward the mega-companies that facilitate the corrosion of democracy.

Lowering that tax now would amount to appeasement.

In the 1900s, Liberals launched a brilliant fightback, associating tariffs with higher prices, political corruption, lining the pockets of the rich and a menace to world peace.

The CHAC agreed to rethink rather than proceed with changes that would have weakened the protection of our historic buildings, parks, and conservation areas.
