no one is perfect, But he puts in the work to keep himself sane and healthy. he does his best to keep a positive mindset and look on the bright side even when shit gets really rough
he's in great health! he keeps busy, eats well, drinks lots of water, etc. and with immortality came improved healing abilities which is nice
his mental health is Mostly good. he does get more paranoid as the years fly by, & no one can survive this long without accumulating some trauma, furthermore
lol he also got braces for the hell of it in 2008 but they've been off for a while and ummm he got top surgery in 2009. he'd lived with the same body for many Many years but got the procedure done for ease of living more than to alleviate dysphoria
he has the name of his most beloved city, Ur, tattooed, as well as a random fish design he just liked. I also want him to have a tattoo in memory of his sister but I haven't decided what it could be yet

nowadays he tends to dress in a "tropical goth" style when he's not in professor mode (he prefers to dress professionally at work), but he's committed himself to various subcultures over the years, starting around the '40s
presents (he doesn't know if he could get murdered or how far Bau's curse extends). unfortunately this does mean he can't stay in one place for too long
similarly to tabby, he likes to be open about who he is and what he stands for! he doesn't go shouting it from the rooftops, but he doesn't shy away from being his honest self either. the one thing he won't share is his immortality status; that's kept tightly under lock & key bc of the dangers it
any time spent with family was time spent well. they were fairly open-minded which was nice, and his parents would have supported his transness had he been able to express his identity / status to them.
