Woman in red top on the right with the words ' We all need to be more sensitive to not only the physical but also the mental health of women during menopause, however, and recognise when they are struggling. There should be no embarrassment in letting others know what you're going through and asking for help.

New research from Cambridge has shown that menopause is linked to changes in key areas of the brain, increasing anxiety and depression and sleep disturbances.
Hormone therapy and lifestyle can help reduce negative menopausal symptoms.
