I called my local rep to ask them to update CA Penal Code 185 C, which makes it a crime to wear a mask or disguise to evade law enforcement (an anti-KKK law) to include masked LEOs (or people claiming to be LEOs).

I would like my state, every state, to mandate badges, name plates, no masks, for all law enforcement in the state. And if federal agents try to break the mandate, arrest them, then let the courts sort it out.

If you have a problem with the violence, maybe you should be in LA putting yourself in between the mostly-violent ICE and the mostly-peaceful protestors. They're not reading your whiny Bluesky posts. They're trying to stay alive. Get yourself arrested. Be useful.
