Love to hear this, Sylvia! The Pomodoro has been a game changer for me at work and at home. There is SO MUCH we can do in 25 mins of focused time (especially if we use AI) then we deserve that 5 min break. Some of my favorite 5 min breaks are to read, color, stretch, roll on the Chirp wheel

It doesn't happen all the time but the Pomodoro method helps me pause to remind myself and it's a focused effort I make because I refuse to burn myself out when this gift has been given to me.

A4: Helped me get my non-profit started, meal plan easy and healthy crock pot recipes, help me use BJ Foggs Tiny habits to start weaving in some Yoga little by little to my daily routine. Help me design Creative Hustle retreats in Shaver Lake with educators and artists to Dream and Plan #EduSkyAI

A3: Honestly, I really just love exploring all the new features in Chat GPT (Projects, Advanced Audio/Video, etc..)

Really diving deeper into designing powerful Custom GPTs that I can use to support the educators I coach. #EduSkyAI

A2: To not just do more with AI but do better. And to model how to welcome AI into PLCs as the MVP with transparency and equity.

To maintain awareness of the time these edu tasks use to take and how much more creative we can be in acheving our goals.
