It's a bit of both. I have a fun casual guild I've been part of for a decade, which is nice. And the Battlenet functionality lets me keep in touch with the friends I've made on other servers over the years, too.

I've been playing it since its first year. There are always ups and downs, but it's the one game I've always come back to.

I had no idea but I'm definitely going to start doing that.

A pattern for troubled times:
Row 1: put your phone down
Row 2: pick up your hobby supplies
Row 3: make something for at least an hour
Row 4: take a photo of your make
Row 5: share that photo to your timeline (with alt text)
Row 6: like others' makes.

Rep rows 1-6 until time for tea.

Keep a journal - a pen and paper one. Just one or two lines a day.

Reality is warping. You need to remember.

YES! Exactly.

But when my boss told me I had to stop doing any of my outside-of-work nonrelated writing/podcasting/etc., that was it for me. I complied with her directive—just long enough to find a new job elsewhere.

I had a similar scenario back when I worked for someone else. I ended up taking out their name from my LI profile to get around their social media guidelines.

So glad to have been there to help celebrate! (was my last real vacation too)
