DS9 became my favourite series, characters and stories more mature (and traumatic). I had to grow up to understand it.

DS9 also taught me that *every* Star Trek series is my favourite series...because they add value in different ways — Starfleet Academy is no different.

The latest episode of #StarfleetAcademy is nearly perfect, a new lens on something well-worn and picked over.

I didn't come to DS9 lightly—watched that 1993 premiere with fellow TOS/TNG friends, deciding, "This is not my Star Trek!"

Didn't watch another episode until maybe 10 years ago.
