I do think it's crazy to put out a Halo remake without any multiplayer and I wish there were way less big games using Unreal Engine in general. But Halo coming to the PS5 is still pretty cool, even if it probably puts a final nail in the coffin for Xbox consoles. #Halo

Okay, I don't think Samurai armor really fits Atsu, or me really if we're being honest; I hardly even used it on Jin, but that cape on the fully upgraded Undying Samurai armor is just the best. #GhostOfYotei

Never worked at one, but my childhood EB Games/Gamestop recently closed and this made me think back on all the times I went there as a kid.

Well, considering who you meet at the start of the questline I can see why the game pushes you so hard to go after the Oni first. But thematically, I think it still fits pretty well after going after the Kitsune. Also makes the Matsumae's dismissal of Atsu even more glaring. #GhostOfYotei

Finished reading the 2nd Firefly novel. Not a huge Jayne fan but this book ended up being pretty good. Didn't entirely like the ending but I understand the constraints they're working under with these books. #Firefly

Well that's the Kitsune down. A very mysterious questline, and he was a mysterious villain at least for most of it. And the stuff with Oyuki was great too even if I don't think it was quite as fleshed out as it could have been. #GhostOfYotei

Because what gamers are clamoring for more than anything is a live service game made by freaking David Cage. When the devs get laid off and the studio inevitably closes just remember he's the one who personally soured the relationship with Playstation in the first place. #VideoGames

Recent news about Xbox getting pulled from Walmart and Target officially confirms what I started noticing a few months ago I guess. You can go on and on about the diminishing physical games market, but with Xbox this is a leadership failure full stop. #Xbox

I've noticed my two original white ones losing life much faster than my newer black one, sometimes not even able to get above two bars to begin with. One also has slight stick drift which is the reason I got the black one in the first place.

I know they did it with the VR game, but I feel like a Horizon game without Aloy would really be missing something.

Console gaming just makes way more sense to me. Plus, at least for now, I get to keep my physical collection. I just think a lot of PC diehards don't understand how inaccessible PC gaming actually is, especially if you want console level performance.

There was a four year stretch while I was in college and couldn't have my PS4 with me that I mainly gamed on my laptop. Now, I probably haven't even touched my Steam account since 2021. There are definitely certain games I wish would get a console release, but overall I have no desire to go back.

Man, going after the Kitsune almost makes you feel like you're playing a different game. The distance you travel alone would have been enough to make it feel like you're in another region, but they really went out of their way to make the atmosphere and gameplay completely different. #GhostOfYotei

I've certainly played on my PS5 more this gen than I ever did on my PS4. In general though I think it's fair to say that this gen hasn't had anywhere close to a full arc yet and I don't think even something like Wolverine or Intergalactic will get us there.

Still haven't advanced the story past the dual katanas, though I'm on the Kitsune's trail now. The open world just keeps throwing new things at me. #GhostOfYotei

Even outside of the spyglass, Ghost Of Yotei has a really good see a smoke plume in the distance and go there to find out what's going on dynamic to its exploration that makes everything feel so natural. #GhostOfYotei

Hopefully this means PS6 is targeting 2028 and not 2027. #Playstation

I always said that Giant Squid was a good acquisition target for Sony back when they had timed exclusivity for The Pathless. But that was before Sony blew a bunch of money on live service and shut down Pixelopus. Not sure where they would fit now. #Playstation

Well Playstation Network's screwed up and the console UI's sluggish but I still managed to play more Yotei. Think I'm finally ready to move out of the opening area and chase down a Yotei Six member. #GhostOfYotei

Really feels like what they talked about in that State Of Play. You pull out your spy glass and spot a location and you just stumble upon stuff happening around the world on your way there. #GhostOfYotei

Tsushima already did this pretty well, where a lot of the side quests were things you picked up from rumors that people were talking about, but it's so much better implemented in this game. #GhostOfYotei
