Stick to mostly nutrient dense foods, walk as often as possible, don’t drink your calories, and limit sugar. Unless you’re a model, that is more than enough.

This is why weight is generally a useless measurement for health. Water, food, muscle, & fat all weigh different per gram.
I’m not suggesting you go out and buy calipers, but I’d probably give much less credence to the number on the scale.

Water is free. I live in a different city than where this is taking place, and in Providence, ALL of the bars charge $2-$3 for a cup of tap water.

We want gay bars to stay open but the patrons aren’t willing to spend $3 for a drink or any money on a cover? That’s not how you keep the lights on.

I mean, most places? In the US it’s only like 5 states that require if you’re a bar/restaurant you’re obligated to hand out water without a purchase.
