Been a but since I posted health stuff. Been consistently getting AHRN the past few months. Every other day is gym day. Also started keeping track of my weight again. Back up over 300 again.

But I’m happy to say I’ve lost 6lbs since I started keeping track. Currently at 326. Here’s hoping for more
