I’ve gotten homesick before, but this sucks. Waking up when people are going to bed is terrible.

Of course my shark week starts the moment my internship is over and I’m about to go on a plane… ugggghhh

I hate sudden depressive dips. I was happy and now everything just feels… dark. Having to fight to smile and laugh is hard when you don’t want to worry anyone.

It’s nice having your hard work be recognized and appreciated, even in just a small Discord message.

I have many favorite things about my boyfriend, but what I love the most is how caring he is.
I’ve been having issues with internship and have finally had a meeting where I didn’t end up crying. The moment he said he was proud of me for my hard work, I broke down in tears.

I would say J’lana’s natural tone is calm to slightly playful. A bubbly tone if that makes sense.

If J’lana likes them, she is more than happy to help them out.
If not… Well, there’s a lot of passive aggression and dirty looks…
There is still some fear from past figures in her life, but they need to prove that they are trustworthy.

J’lana was at home in her enclave: she was on 13 to 14 at the time. Her brother, J’laqa, was the Warrior of Light then, but didn’t make it to Carteneau.

J’lana was very quiet, not wanting to get people’s attention. Older teen she started to become a bit more emotional and vocal with what she wanted.
