I've found this to be true when it comes to explaining why I still mask in public. Question Time observation.
The audience doesn't seem stacked. It sounds like the lovely British people I know have always known and are coming out to speak. Bruce keeps trying to move on but the next audience member makes similar statements to the last. No where to run to. No where to hide

Badenoch wants to eliminate ‘rip off degrees’ like English. The usual philistine crap that a degree is just about work. The mission to create the stupidest nation on earth. And counterproductive. Young people will work for years. They’ll retrain endlessly. A degree can help them learn how to learn

Badenoch and Co see education only as a means to a massive income in some soul destroying career.

Devoid of imagination and the power of knowledge they view life entirely through the prism of the CV.
